• The atmosphere is very nice. The staff was great. Yesterday was challenging from a weather standpoint and the spa manager did not miss a beat in managing schedule changes in the moment and all handled professionally. She was great!!! And every one of the staff had to have the weather on their minds also but it never showed

• I was greeted with warmth and kindness. I felt very welcomed and knew in instant I was in good hands. Justin did an amazing attentive massage.He was my first male masseuse in a very long time. I was assaulted by a previous male. What a first for me to feel safe again!! Very impactful. I will return and def want Justin. Thank you all for the special memory I hold when reflecting my time spent at Tailwater
