• Every employee was so welcoming, helpful and accommodating. From Lex, to the manager to each spa therapist. I even had exceptional service from the restaurant for lunch that day and passed someone cleaning that was even so polite. Everyone I passed yesterday greeted me with a pleasant smile. My day yesterday was everything I needed full of rest and relaxation. The spa and facility was extremely clean. I hope everyone gets recognize for their exceptional customer service. Thank you again.
