• No steam room. Spa closes too early at 5pm

• I was greeted with warmth and kindness. I felt very welcomed and knew in instant I was in good hands. Justin did an amazing attentive massage.He was my first male masseuse in a very long time. I was assaulted by a previous male. What a first for me to feel safe again!! Very impactful. I will return and def want Justin. Thank you all for the special memory I hold when reflecting my time spent at Tailwater

• Everything was wonderful! The spa the amenities the room everything was great. The only thing we were not happy with was the service and dinner last night. I wrote a card into the front desk. We will be back in May

• This was our first time ever experiencing a spa whatsoever! If there was a score higher than a 10, we totally would have gone with that number! From the moment we walked in to the moment that we left, we felt very welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed! We waited so many years to do this because we were so apprehensive about it, but once we did it, we wished we hadn't waited so long and can't wait to do it again! If there's room today, we may see if we can get in for another one! 🥰
