• I love the cleanliness of the nail spa. i've been to some places where they grab tools out of a holder and you don't know if they've even been cleaned or sanitized. Your techs always open a sealed package (that I assume has been sanitized) I also appreciate the nail tech cleaning the towel after the polish remover and cutting. I don't like resting my hands on nail clippings and old polish. I know that sounds trivial but I don't find it relaxing to rest on nail clippings. They are always pleasant and thoughtful.
