• We would like to be informed before reservation that's a family place. There's not much information on the website...You can't enjoy the pool place when there's a lot of kids in the place shouting. The Spa where you get a massage is perfect.

• My mom said her massage was better than the ones she received previously at the Mirabeau in Plymouth and that Emily was amazing!!! Would have been a ten but there was a key issue and I had to let staff into the the spa which was deffintely a hotel issue not a spa issue. Spa was great but hotel was not up to par.

• Great service. Will admit, pricing has increased so that it will be more like a 'treat' for me once or twice a year instead of more often.
