• Kari and facial was FANTASTIC, the "spa experience" going through garage and then it being small was not like spas I am used to and not great to have friends hang out in or do a girls day which is what we had planned. We ended up getting treatments and then leaving because there was not a lot of hang out space etc like spas I am used to in AZ. I get AZ is pretty high end for spas, but was a bit bummed no hang out spaces for 4pp and it was kind of weird to have to go down through the garage. I get it's not the spas fault and not a lot you can do about it, but for just my stuff paying almost 500 was a lot more than I would have paid for an entire day at a spa in scottsdale. For sure do not want to knock Keri her services were top notch, the ambiance just didn't scream high end spa, it was pretty weird from my experiences and pretty expensive considering what you can get at the resorts here (which most people think are very expensive) We just did a full day at Camelback Inn spa (sister property/spa) and we had lunch and higher end services and and all the other aminifies and it was less so just a bit shocking I would be back again for facial just would not recommend for a girls trip. Thanks!!
