• Would have been a 10 but it's a 9 because my appointment didn't get put into the books (I filled out the online booking request, then someone from the spa called me to finalize it). It was quickly resolved because somebody was available at that moment, but had it been a busy day and nobody was available for my service that would have sucked. It was seemingly an honest mistake but never a good feeling!
