• Everything was wonderful - from making the appointment, running into a worker in elevator since we weren’t 100% sure where to go (he was super friendly/nice), the check in, the services, relaxing after and check out- all 100%!

• From top to bottom, the entire experience was top notch. The convenience of booking the appointment online. The amazing and helpful staff. The attentive and professional masseuses. My wife and I both had the most incredible experience and the absolute best massages. We certainly look forward to our next trip there.

• The welcome and the service was great. My only, small concern was when it was time to check out, there was a bit of a delay as the phones were very busy, and multiple clients were trying to check out and there was only 1 person trying to take care of the phones and clients. Normally not an issue, but I had some place to be. Another person to help would have been great.
