• Everything was very professional, full service and not rushed. The only snag was on initial check-in due to an internet outage but no fault of The Spa at Bear Mountain. My wife's birthday surprise was a complete success. She had nothing but compliments all the way around. I enjoyed the couples massage and a well needed haircut. Thanks to all the fine staff and Gabriella for taking the time at booking to put together a full afternoon schedule.
