• Nicole was responsive to my issues. Nicole was friendly and caring. The front desk receptionist was professional and made me feel that I was being taken care of from the moment I walked in.( Can’t remember receptionist’s name- she did tell me.) All in all great experience.

He provided such care and thoroughness, and the details: the hot towels on chest, feet (amazing!) and face--such comfort, relaxation quiet and peace. 80 minutes of heaven! Thank you Ben. Also, every staff member I spoke with from the making of the appointment to the check-in and out was kind and considerate.
