• I was very happy with the staff at the spa from beginning to end. Calling and booking was pleasant and the reminder emails were helpful. When arriving staff expected us and paperwork was short and clear. Masseuse was clear and applied different pressure when asked. Wrapping up payment was easy and relaxing. I enjoyed the cucumber water. We stayed at the Overlook lodge and was not happy with the stay but I really enjoyed the spa and would return to both due to the spa experience and the park activities.
