The atmosphere and service was very good. Only not a 10 because: a) it took me awhile to figure out the Keurig 😆 (a note to press the power button would be appreciated) and b) as a first time spa-goer, I would have liked a little more info on what to expect, but overall it was great! My neck and shoulders feel so much freer and the folks I interacted with were very kind. Thank you!
