Kim is AMAZING! She is very pleasant, gentle and meticulous. She also makes you feel very comfortable which is important. ;) BEST WAXING EXPERIENCE EVER! I always leave The Spa feeling like a brand new woman. Whether it be spa related or hair service. (Mary rocks too! - Gotta give kudos to her too.) I highly recommend Kim. Please praise Kim. She is an exceptional person and an asset to The Spa.
