I got massages for my husband and I. It was supposed to be a birthday surprise, however the spa called him to confirm his appointment. Over the course, I think they called/emailed him 2-3 times. I couldn’t cover so the surprised was spoiled. Every time someone called me I told them not to call him. Also I had a gift card on my account. However the gal said she couldn’t find it. It was annoying to have to go back through emails to find it when it should have been in my account. But the massages were great! Erik had Kim and I had Jen. This was my first time having Jen and she was great! Her precision and pressure was perfect!
