• Kirsten has been helping me with pinched nerves. At 61, I had never had a massage, so I was hesitant about trying one (although recommended by medical staff at Prairie Ridge Health). Kirsten is very kind and skilled at her craft. She's worked on all the tense muscles and nerves, and after only 2 sessions, I am feeling some relief. I will be continuing these on a more regular basis with her. The Spa also looks and smells lovely every time I've been there.
