Karen put me at ease immediately, constantly checked with me regarding pressure and how I was feeling throughout. I am 3 weeks post op for knee surgery and she brought in pillows, etc to make sure I was comfortable. I was very nervous about the massage but that evaporated immediately when she started. Truly enjoyable!
