• Eduardo is so sweet, friendly, and personable. I was a little bit nervous about seeing somebody new, as I had only ever seen Malari previously, and I had never had a waxing done by someone who is not a woman/femme. Eduardo made me feel comfortable from the start -- I knew when he greeted me that it would be a good experience, and it was!

• Staff at the check in desk was friendly and acknowledged me as I arrived as they were finishing up with another client. Taylor was great. She was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to give me instructions on care and maintenance until my next lash fill in a few weeks. So glad to be back!
