• Excellent customer service. Immediately upon entering the office, I'm greeted asap with huge smiles. The front office staff knows exactly who I am. I was seen quickly for my appointment. This was my time doing cryotherapy. Kim spent a lot of time explaining the treatment. Until I felt extremely comfortable. During the treatment, she talked me through it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
