I gave you a high score because I really wanted to try it and I enjoyed trying it. It just turned out to be a lot for me on my first visit. I was having a vertigo and I guess my body wasn't used to those different poses. I would like to come back and try again maybe just stay for a half hour. Until I get used to it.

Again... I am most pleased and surprisingly a bit sore. Program Manager Molly Powell was a wonderful instructor. The staff, studio and too students were almost accommodating. I think that sounds like a big 10 to me. Nice job... and thank you.
