The people who worked there were calm and friendly. The class was paced well and the instructor was excellent. The temperature could have been hotter in hot yoga, but I realize it was intended to be less intense than the power yoga. I will try that next. The studio was beautiful and clean. Overall great environment. I'll be back.

The class was a heated flow class. Amy is a great instructor, easy to follow and her classes are fun and challenging. The room is not too hot, but warm enough to loosen the muscles and build a sweat.
