Shiva strives to make everyone comfortable. Someone’s phone was ringing during the sound bath they were very nice about it to the person who was most likely new to the session. Shiva gets right back to you to confirm which is very important they value their guests.

Beautiful, clean facility. Kind, welcoming staff. A vast variety of classes for all levels. I've practiced yoga for over a decade at various studios and am happy to say that I have found my home at Shiva Shala!

I chose the score of 10 for this visit because of Molly Powell. I walk into Molly's class and her tone of voice in how she greets her students, how she introduces the class, and how she offers her students mats and props immediately is calming before the class begins. She understands the nervous system and allows her students to settle in and start from a state of calmness. She has a way that easily allows the student to get to the place of letting go of their fears, anxiety, and stress. She gives her students security and freedom to explore, connect and learn happily and joyfully within their yoga practice.
