Because of the instructors and the fact that Shiva Yoga Shala has helped me so much with my flexibility, strength, balance and breathing. It has brought a calm to my daily life....which can sometimes be hectic. I am also learning to push the plate away for a healthier diet. I joined Shiva Yoga Shala with low-back pain, hip pain, and neck pain.... never realizing I could feel this good, due to the proper instruction of practicing yoga. I am now pain-free as long as I practice yoga on a regular basis. Thank you Shiva Yoga Shala.... Jeannie Rode 😊
