I live in NJ, come to Florida a few times a year for vacation. I love practicing hot yoga. Not many studios in the area offer hot classes. (I do not like the bikram fort Myers studio) I've been coming to shiva yoga shala for a few years. Everyone is always very kind and welcoming to yogis of all levels. I like the creativity of your instructors and the positive vibes. I also think your studio is very pretty I wish the hot classes were a little hotter tho! :)

The space is large, immaculate and relaxing. Gear (blocks, etc) clean and accessible ; instructor Molly led appropriately challenging beginner class and unobtrusively adjusted clients' postures when needed. She has a very positive energy and attitude.

I love that Shiva Yoga Shala teaches love and understanding for our bodies and for each other. I love Giana and Nick for teaching not just yoga but personal stories that help us key into what is good to do for someone else and for ourself. I love the community of yoga teachers for their kindness. I like the sense of family and support between everyone.

LOVE the heated flow classes here. It is so rare to find in this area. The teachers take special care in designing their classes (they are never the same) and involve elements of challenge and nurture. Tim’s classes are some of my favorite!
