Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming and kind and gentle and not intimidating. My mom and I were able to observe an aqua yoga class taught and instructed by Nick who was very compassionate and yet instructive to proper positions and poses to get the benefit from the practice. I took an all level vinyasa flow class and the Crystal bowl class and both instructors and staff we're very kind and warm and friendly and welcoming explaining everything and in a nonthreatening environment. I left feeling very relaxed and yet energized with flexibility and peacefulness and encouragement on my mind. Thank you all very very much
