Molly was fabulous. I had a negative experience at another local yoga place and was very discouraged because I am new to the area and was hoping to find the same positive experience I had in Stuart, Fl where I came from. I can't tell you what it means to find such a quality yoga facility. Your place embodies the heart and soul of what yoga is supposed to be. Molly was so warm and caring and non- judgmental. I felt I didn't just receive a wonderful yoga experience physically but also I was part of a family.

I am a beginner and the instructor was so helpful and kind to me- the studio is a wonderful space - I love the vibe - the affirmations- the entire experience is life changing - I found a second home - I'll be practically living at the Shiva yoga shala lol ☺️
