Nick's hot power yoga class is an incredible work out because it is challenging in its strength building but also the perfect inclusion of stretching, so I feel relaxed throughout, and rejuvenated and barely sore after. It's a spiritual experience, unlike any other class I've ever taken. I wish it was offered during the daytime on weekdays too!
