There’s a great sense of community at the Shiva Yoga Shala, the instructors are kind, the atmosphere is relaxed and the studio is clean.

This was my first experience with this studio and I found everyone to be extremely inclusive and helpful. It is intimidating to walk into a new studio and I did not feel any anxiety here. The teacher was great, leading through with enough instruction for beginners, but not overloading for those experienced at yoga. Also, the atmosphere is very calming. Can't wait for the next class.
