Outstanding yoga instructors. They teach you to be your own teacher by listening to your intuition. They help you tweak your asanas, which is very important. Very personable instructors. They invite you to ask to focus on particular areas of the body. The owners are very knowledgeable about all aspects of yoga practice. The are kind-hearted.

I recommend Shiva Yoga Studio because I had a wonderful experience in my first visit. The teacher was excellent. Chelsea was knowledgeable and helpful and had a pleasant and relaxing personality. The studio itself was very clean and inviting and peaceful feeling! I've already been recommending Shive Studio to my friends and on Facebook. I Can't wait to come in again. I'm planning to come on Monday. I did have trouble accessing the online class this morning but I really prefer to be in person anyway! See ya soon!🙋🏼‍♀️
