I have lived in Florida for about 2years, I've been practicing yoga for the past 22 years with little gaps here and there over the past five or six years. I thought I would never find a yoga studio down here, they either have air-conditioning on or, I don't feel any different when I come out, I don't feel stronger. They're kind of basic and not much to them. However, yesterday was the first time I set foot in your studio. I love the heat. I love the intensity. I love the strength the mobility that I already know I'm going to get. I woke up this morning, super stiff and sore and it was the best feeling I've had in a long time. I finally found my Yoga home.
