This class was incredible! My friend and I had an amazing time. The instructor was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I had no idea how therapeutic aerial yoga could be, but it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wall class on Thursday with Gianna always nice, relaxing and restorative. Friday's Deep stretch with Blair nice pace a lot of nice stretching with flow. A great well rounded class.
