Amy always offers a warm environment and authentic welcome for the warmup, followed by excellent verbal cues with a repetition of a flow with progressive add-on difficulty and/or a new move that makes one listen and try. Followed by her treat of cool cloth to the forehead that not only signals rest and bliss; but also easily cleans one's mat! I am grateful.
