Greeting from the owner Nick was very inviting and taking a class with Aimee is phenomenal. She's a great teacher. I love her choice of music. And she's caring and takes extra steps (like a cold wet towel over your far head and eyes!) when in Shavasana 🧘🏽‍♀️
