• I needed an appointment asap but needed a later appointment... I was able to schedule an appointment the following day after work. I pulled a muscle behind my shoulder blade which restricted deep breaths and movement. Caitlin was so amazing with focus on that area but gave enough time to also work on my entire neck and back to make me feel balanced. I was amazed how much better I was able to breathe and move afterward!!!! The session was so amazing with Caitlin that I booked another session next month!!! I couldn't thank her enough!!!!
