• My back, legs ached from excessive lifting on The weekend -- I put ice on the sore areas and took Advil -- after the massage those issues subsided -- first thing Wednesday morning I could feel every spot I had an issue, however, after moving around for a short period of time I felt great.. No more tight areas!!!
