I've been visiting The Self Centre for a few years now. Although my current profile will show only for the past year as I changed my email address. My therapist, Cassandra, is absolutely amazing. Empathetic and knowledgeable. I've been to several therapists over the years both in Ontario and Edmonton. She is by far my favourite human! 🥰 The centre itself is clean and everyone is so friendly!
