I'm unable to roll from my stomach to my back now. Carl gave me a wonderful massage sitting in a chair. It's great l have the opportunity to have massages. I hadn't had one since March 2020 because l couldn't figure out how it could be done. I would highly recommend you. All have a great Christmas.
