Pamela was very knowledgeable about massage. She told me that cupping would open the areas in my chest to allow my chest to expand and breathe better. She also worked on my diaphragm and did exercises on it, to strengthen my breathing. She was very aware of levels of pressure (light, medium, deep) as I had a MVA.
