• I wish I knew more about the health benefits and what to expect before I went in the room for my session. I didn't know the salts would make me cough and feel a little weird. I was in the room with other people so I was trying to suppress them. One of the guys that was in there coughed a little so I did the same. It is my understanding that before Coronvirus headphones explaining a ton of stuff is no longer available. So it's not on y'all.
