Was very relaxing and after 1 session I definitely felt a difference. I'm around a lot of fumes at my job and started noticing a change in my breathing...after 1 session I felt I could inhale so much better. My skin also has a nice glow because of the incidental light exfoliation it causes. Will def be back.
