• Combination of things. Rachel is a very good "face" for the Salt Lounge. She is very welcoming; family like. The facility itself and the concept is certainly unique to the area, and as a microbiologist, I get the science behind the application and use of the salt. Thirdly, Janine is very good at what she does. I had never had a reflexology session before, but needed one. It was effective, but it was also comfortable. We had a conversation 2 friends might have over a cup of coffee. So the whole visit felt very family like.
