• The salt room was very soothing with the right lightening. Katalin was fantastic. She explained about the energy from playing the bowls and we shouldn't wear black clothing during a sound bath. Note for next time I didnt even think i fell asleep until i checked my fitbit and i was out for the hour! Then when she was done we were able to discuss our experiences. I was very excited when I saw the email that this was on a Saturday with the full moon and the 4pm time was perfect as it was the end of the day Looking forward to doing another one if the day/time works PS i slept 9 hours last night!
