• After doing deep breathing for the last 5-7 minutes in the salt room the combination ended up giving me lots of energy, mental clarity, State of calm and the cold symptoms reduced significantly until I came back to the heavily wooded area I'm visiting. I was impressed enough to buy a package so I be back!
