• The Salt Cavern experience was very relaxing and also helped clear head and ear congestion that was brought on by the high pollen levels in Jersey. The owner was very informative and provided additional guidance for after my visit. I've already recommended this to my closest friends and family.

• I have been going to the Salt Cavern for over 4 years now and find that it helps alleviate my severe allergy asthma symptoms and chronic sinus issues. I highly recommend visiting the Salt Room for any respiratory distress. The room is quiet and relaxing...you truly feel as though you were breathing fresh air. My breathing has greatly improved since being a member at the Salt Cavern and I look forward to my next session.

I'd highly suggest making an appt/reservation online to make sure there is an opening for your desired time. Sessions have helped tremendously with my asthma and allergies.
