• I always feel good after a session. The only thing I could recommend is: There was a person in the room who was coughing a lot, it made me wonder if she's sick, will I catch germs from her spreading it in the room. That did make me feel somewhat uncomfortable, being in an enclosed room with a sick person. And 2 separate times, people got up and left the room before the session had ended, and it ruined my quiet space because the light was so bright when they opened the door. I still felt great afterwards.
