• We had 2 appointments. Both were scheduled at the same time. My stylist took me early, since we were 10 minutes early. I even added a style with the CAT treatment. Meanwhile my son was waiting. It was explained the appointment ran over, which happens. It was a good thing we had nothing going on, so we could wait. His was 20 to 25 minutes later than scheduled. Things happen.
