• Shayna was very good and did a good job. (The visit before the I thought the student did ok but when I got home I saw it was quite uneven.) I was a bit unhappy that I wasn't asked ahead of time about being scheduled for upstairs, I am partially disabled and cannot easily climb steps. There was no one on the floor to keep the appointment time and Shayna finally brought her kit down and cut my hair. She was very professional and respectful. In the future I would suggest that the client be asked if they are able to climb steps.
