• My girl has other girls checking in with her, and an instructor that checked my hair over when the color process was complete. This is how it should always be, regardless of the experience level. This time I had no water in my ears. The girl that gave my girl a recommendation on how to black the ears from water should teach a class on it.

• I love the fact that the instructors will get hands-on when the students ask a question on how to do something specific. And the knowledge of the instructors and you can tell they love teaching the students

• My Stylist (Faydra) and instructor (Olivia) spent very needed quality time with me; discussing style ideas and options. My previous haircut at a different Salon ended up being an absolute disaster, a complete chop job. Due to this, taking me on as client was a huge challenge. I chose the Salon Professional Academy because I know the student stylists work very closely with a highly trained professional instructors and they walk them through all the steps and oversee their work. I'm so glad I did! My color and cut turned out very, very nice! I'm very grateful! My stylist and instructor were awesome! They were very kind, have a great sense of humor, great listeners and great advisors! I learned much and I'm very happy! Thank you!
