• My daughter Elizabeth had new person Alysa after Gus quit and didn’t warn us. We were unhappy with the color Gus did in August. Alysa listened to Elizabeth’s concerns and what her goals were. She showed us color swatches for what she thought and explained how things like purple toner cancelled out orangey color she didn’t want etc. Elizabeth was very happy with her final color results
