• The hospitality was incredible!!! Me and my bestie came in and had such a relaxing experience! It was my first time at an actual spa and it won't be my last! We are definitely coming back for a group massage. Anessa and Shamus who were our masseuses, did an incredible job and were so friendly and nice! Tay was soooo great at helping us and showing us around! Thank you guys so much! Can't wait to come back!

• Mary Jane gave me a great facial! Everyone was very nice. But the spa is lacking the amenities of like the Atlantis and Peppermill. But the simplicity of the refuge was more relaxing and nice for a different kind of experience. Thanks!

• 9 instead of 10 b/c It was noisy at times (could hear someone vacuuming,etc)and they kept propping open the door to the reflection room which let in noise and took away from the relaxation. The staff was excellent and attentive! The massages were amazing!

• Excellent service all the way around. Spent whole day at your spa. My inly complaint is we couldnt order food from restaurant downstairs from pool as they would not answer phone.
