• Everything was great - do relaxing & the mail tech was amazing. The only thing that would probably prevent me from recommending it as a 10 is it's a little more expensive and I don't live in that city.

• Your facility is stunning!Kaye was amazing from booking my appointment to showing me around the spa, making me feel comfortable and welcome. My massage therapist Brad was really nice we had a lovely talk during my massage. The float pool was amazing, it was wonderful to feel weightless for 30 minutes. There was another nice young lady in the locker room ( I didn't get her name) she was super helpful finding out if your products in the shower contained sulfates (unfortunately they do and I'm allergic to them). Now I know and will bring my own shampoo/conditioner in the future 😊

• Everything was great. I didn't give a 10 because my daughter paid for it in advanced, then after telling the cashier as we were leaving, she charged my daughter again. Now she's short on money until the refund goes through. My daughter is 22 and she lives paycheck to paycheck.
