• The services were great! It was the facility that brought the scoring down. Here are the reasons 1) no clocks. I think one in the sauna room is needed. I had no way to tell how much time I spent in the sauna and no reference of when to be ready for my facial 2) there is a "blown" speaker in the relaxation room. Heard at lower db's. 3) the person setting up the bar was pretty noisy. I was told the sliding glass doors were suppose to be closed because they have an insulating effect. One more comment. The manicurist did not have/use a finger nail bowl which would have sped up the process. I will definitely return when I'm in Reno the next time. Hope these comments help to improve the experience.
